Grub não instala no MBR....

O grub parece nao estar sendo gravado no MBR,,,,,porque o instalador esta particionando errado a partição escolhida,,,,,no final da criação ele formata, particiona, etc,,,no entanto ao deixar como reiserfs , ele marca como reiserfs,,,,mostra como reiserfs,,,,,mas ao verificarmos a partição ele deixou como win95.....conflitando com as informações pelo fdisk -l:
